There is a big demand for two-wheelers in India and it is proportionate to the demand for two-wheeler repairing services. Keeping that in mind, Kapil Bhindi started his startup in 2011. Bringing a whole new concept in the market requires entrepreneurship qualities. Kapil Bhindi had all those qualities in him. Their mission is to take this company through its franchisee network to every city and town of the country within the next three years.
In a brief discussion with Entrepreneur Bus, Kapil explains his journey.
How will you introduce yourself to the world?
Fastest growing multi-brand two-wheeler service franchise providing company we are into organizing the unorganized by creating entrepreneurs nationwide and thus by generating employment opportunities. With a presence in all four zones, six states, and more than 18 cities, we are amongst the most fastest-growing company in the segment currently.

Started in 2011 with one workshop today speed force operates from almost all major cities of all four zones, we have been successful in creating young entrepreneurs and thus by providing them with a great career in the automobile industry.
Tell us about your start-up!
Speedforce is a multi-brand two-wheeler service franchisee providing company we help people make their career in this industry, and more importantly, it is especially for the people who are out of this domain and want to make a career in the automobile service industry. We are specialized in providing low-cost, high revenue model, thus increasing the profitability of the franchisee outlet and make them a success in a short span of starting the business. Our goal is to create and empower more and more youth to stand on their feet and make a career in the automobile service industry, as the domain lacks professionalism and, most importantly, customer service.
Today in this fast-moving world, everyone wants fast mobility private or public, and in our country, like India, the two-wheeler is the essential part of mobility for each individual. The vehicle is a priority, but people do not have time to get it serviced or maintained and thus a company like speed force comes into action by providing one of the best customer services like pickup and drop facility of a vehicle for service and repairs from customers premises, on-road breakdown facility, insurance claim, and accidental support. Overall speed force is a single-window solution providing workshops for all the customer as well as vehicle needs.
“What’s the most important thing you’re working on right now, and how are you making it happen?
Currently, our only focus is on the increasing number of outlets nationwide through which we can reach maximum two-wheeler users, and for this, we are working on direct marketing, digital and print media, referral programs, various marketing agencies nationwide and many other sources of franchise sales.

What’s your take on your segmented/targeted Market?
We are the only company in the country which has a unique team combination of youth and experience in our management team. No other company in the country provides such a professional approach towards providing franchisee and creating young and budding entrepreneurs. The market in our country is full of opportunities in our business and has almost nil competition.
What are the challenges you have faced, and what are the current challenges? Mention the top three challenges for both.
Initial challenges we faced 1. Acceptance of model 2. Hesitant in entering the industry 3. Multiplication of each existing franchisee from one to two… so on and so forth
Why have you started up? Be specific with your reasons!!
Our entire management team has a service background individually from different aspects of the service industry inside and outside of the domain. While we all were working for top companies of the country in management level somewhere or the other, we are thinking of starting our own business and that too of a cadre, which is very easy to do unique, low cost, and yet profitable in short span. With increasing problems in employment, we had this typical Gujarati mindset of creating entrepreneurs who, instead of seeking job opportunities, would create one on their own. Also, we wanted to be pioneers in providing a multi-brand two-wheeler vehicle as well as customer service.
Where do you want to see yourself in the next five years?
Presence in every town and city of the nation and serve the best possible way to customers.
