How will you introduce yourself to the world?
I am Anurav Rane, and I would like to introduce myself as a Serial Entrepreneur, Medical Tourism Expert, and Public Speaker. I am the owner of Plan My Medical Trip.

PlanMyMedicalTrip.com is a market place that aims at giving medical treatment to foreigners in India, USA, Turkey, Dubai at affordable prices without compromising on quality. Foreigners who are not insured or those who reside in countries with minimal or absent medical infrastructure can travel to these countries for their medical treatment via our platform. We have recognized Startup by DIPP (Govt of India).
“What’s the most important thing you’re working on right now, and how are you making it happen?
The most important thing we are working on is PMMT that does not only guarantee medical services at an affordable price; it also handholds the patient and the caregiver through the tedious process of shifting to a new city for treatment. To this effect, it proactively helps them with arrangements like procuring medical visas, hotel bookings, transfers, and air ambulance. PMMT’s many medical packages also cover an extensive list of treatments such as dental procedures, cosmetic and dermatological surgeries, organ transplants, cancer treatments, knee replacement, IVF, bypass surgery, weight-loss, anti-aging, etc. We have deals available on our Portal.
What’s your take on your segmented/targeted Market?
We want to expand our targeted market to other parts of the world. We want to expand in North America, the Middle East, and the East Africa market.
What are the challenges you have faced, and what are the current challenges? Mention the top three challenges for both.

It is a highly unorganized sector as of now. People have very little data online. We are trying to aware of the patients by educating them about the cost and comparisons of different medical treatments.
Where do you want to see yourself in the next five years?
We would like to see ourselves having a global platform with a strong presence in the North American market in the next five years.
Please share your learning for fellow Entrepreneurs?
I would advise fellow Entrepreneurs to focus on the business model and revenue model, focus on target markets. It is very important to take small, right, accurate steps towards the goal rather than a big, wrong jump.
