There are a lot of new start-ups wishing to go up to new levels of success. There should be someone to push them ahead and reach the goals. Bridging this gap, we found Sidharth Jain, the founder of Graffersid, who wants to increase the startup success rate by being their tech partners.
We had a great interview with Mr. Sidharth Jain, discussing his challenges and segmented market. Check the full interview below
How will you introduce yourself to the world?
I am Sidharth Jain, and I am the owner of Graffersid. Our company is on a mission to increase the startup success rate by being their tech partners.
Tell your readers about your achievements till today (Be Honest) !!
In the past two years since our inauguration, we have worked with 15 startups, out of which five have got incubated to the likes of Y-Combinator, Coco-Cola, Google, to name a few while eight have got $1M+ funding. Our client’s success rate stands at 86%. We have been awarded multiple awards, including National and International platforms to the likes of World HRD Congress, Clutch, BeFast (Hong Kong), Switch (Singapore), among others.
Tell us about your start-up!
Graffersid is a Website, Mobile App Design, and development company. We build customer-centric and market-fit products. We have made our methods and a custom approach to achieve the same. Most of the founders are non-technical, and at times, tech is not even their main service. It is just a medium to bridge the gap and provide convenience. We understand this and brainstorm, along with the founding team to make the right decisions.
Right from choosing the right tech to finalizing what features should be there and how it will look like, we contribute every ounce of our experience to make sure that the product we build achieves the dream we saw.
“What’s the most important thing you’re working on right now, and how are you making it happen?
Having almost eight years of experience in the startup domain, we understand the different problems and the challenges faced by the founders. We have sorted out the tech part, which is generally the biggest pain point.
Next, we plan to start the Digital marketing element to make out clients acquire customers easily. After that, we will create an ecosystem for investors and entrepreneurs, hence becoming a single stop solution for all entrepreneurs with the right vision.
What’s your take on your segmented/targeted Market?
Startups are built out of one’s own need and a real-life problem. Each startup represents a way in which quality of life could be enhanced. Their success will mean a better life for the society. Startups are booming in all parts of the world, with India leading in the numbers. With time there has been immense maturity and community support in the startup ecosystem. Technology is changing the way entrepreneurs used to approach a problem, and it has become a cardinal part of any solution in today’s startups.
What are the challenges you have faced, and what are the current challenges? Mention the top three challenges for both.
Our top 3 challenges are:
1) Hire the right employees: The majority of the people work on what they have been given. We wanted our employees to work for each project as if it was their own. Ask a question, come up with suggestions, and take ownership. We built our hiring and training process to overcome the problem. We hired for attitude and trained the skills.
2) Selecting the right client who has higher chances of success: On average a project takes close to 6 months to develop, we want to dedicate our six months to those startups which we can proudly showcase to the world for at least six years.
3) Constantly updating Employee knowledge to handle more complex technologies and architectures: Upgrading knowledge is a huge cost but also a necessity for us. As our clients are growing, we need to make sure our skills grow equally fast.
Why have you started up? Be specific with your reasons!!
I started up to increase the startup success rate. After working for eight years in the industry, I saw the gap where tech partners just focus on what is being given by the client without sharing their experience or without suggesting what could improvise the chance of success. We wanted to fill this gap and become 1 point solution from inception to funding. The client will reflect on our success.
Where do you want to see yourself in the next five years?
In the next five years, we want to have an established Digital Marketing wing and start an incubation for all our clients.

Please share your learning for fellow Entrepreneurs?
My only learning as an Entrepreneur is to focus on work. It will take time to give results, but it will be a more sustainable form of business than an overnight hype.
