Netilly is a digital marketing agency that is working on the dream to exploit this change in the environment in the best possible manner for them. It has been almost one year since Mr. Kuldeep started this start-up.

How will you Introduce Yourself to the world?
I am Kuldeep Kaul and the founder of Netilly that is a Branding, Web Development, and Digital Marketing agency serving global clients from India.
Tell your readers about your achievements till today (Be Honest)!!
Netilly started with an investment of INR 10000 in February last year, and we acquired our first customer in April. Since then, there been no looking back. In this small span of 10 months, we have served 22 customers across the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, UAE, and India, out of which 12 are ongoing engagements. We have served customers across 14 different industries, including fitness, engineering, e-commerce, and technology start-ups. In November, Netilly clocked revenue of INR 500000.
Tell us about your start-up!
Netilly specializes in 3 areas – Branding, Web Design/Development, and Digital Marketing. Our focus from day one has been on delivering professional and quality services at a very reasonable cost. We have put in place processes that include using a project management tool. Being process-oriented has helped us eliminate any dependencies and to deliver services timely with the utmost level of professionalism. Today Netilly has grown to a team of 16 members.
“What’s the most important thing you’re working on right now, and how are you making it happen?
Right now, we are focusing on acquiring more customers across our services line of business and also establishing our product line of business.
What’s your take on your segmented/targeted Market?
The digital marketing industry has been growing over the last few years and has already crossed the $ 100 Billion mark in 2018. In the US and UK, the industry is growing annually at a healthy 44% rate.
What are the challenges you have faced, and what are the current challenges? Mention the top three challenges for both.
The biggest challenge that we have faced is finding professional resources with the right skill set. Another challenge is being able to provide quality services at a competent price point as the market is very competitive.
Why have you started up? Be specific with your reasons!!
Before founding Netilly, I served as the COO and Head of Marketing for a couple of technology start-ups, where I was on the other side of the table using the services of various agencies. I could clearly identify the gap that exists in the market – 99% agencies out there don’t know how to deliver services in a professionally.
Where do you want to see yourself in the next five years?
My vision for Netilly in the next five years is to make it the best and the most sought-after digital marketing company in the world. We, of course, have financial goals as well.

Entrepreneurship is like a roller coaster ride – every day presents a new challenge. One needs to stay focused on the goal, not get overwhelmed by the challenges and address one challenge at a time. Bootstrapped start-ups should keep a check on their expenses and have a customer acquisition plan in place from day one. This is what can help start-ups.
