I’m Kristin Marquet – founder of FemFounder and Marquet Media. Over the past two decades, I’ve helped thousands of women-led businesses and high-growth brands amplify their visibility through strategy, storytelling, and data-driven communications. I see myself as both a builder and a bridge, connecting creativity with credibility, and influence with integrity.

I’ve built two award-winning companies, published multiple business resources for women entrepreneurs, and been featured on more than 35 international magazine covers. FemFounder recently won a Gold Stevie® Award for Women in Business, and I received a Bronze Stevie® for Best Business Blogger of 2025. Beyond the media, my greatest achievement is creating a global platform that helps women launch, grow, and lead businesses with confidence and purpose.

FemFounder is a digital platform and media ecosystem that empowers female entrepreneurs through education, visibility, and community. We publish interviews, offer digital business tools, and curate programs that help women navigate entrepreneurship with both strategy and soul. Alongside it, Marquet Media serves as my high-end consultancy – blending behavioral psychology, brand science, and communications strategy to help leaders and organizations build trust and influence in the marketplace.

What’s the Most Important Thing You’re Working on Right Now, and How Are You Making It Happen?

Right now, I’m preparing to launch The Marquet Unscripted Experience – a storytelling project and cultural commentary series that explores what it means to chase visibility while protecting your peace. At the same time, I’m scaling Marquet Media through proprietary frameworks such as PRISM Ascend™ and Dual Catalyst Visibility™. These projects work in harmony: one builds emotional connection, the other drives authority and measurable impact. Every piece of content, framework, and product I create feeds back into my broader mission – helping women own their narrative and rise on their terms.

What’s Your Take on Your Segmented/Targeted Market?

My audience – ambitious, multi-passionate women building modern businesses – is hungry for depth, authenticity, and direction. They’re not chasing trends; they’re creating them.

What Are the Challenges You Have Faced and What Are the Current Challenges? Mention the Top Three Challenges for Both.

Past Challenges:

1. Scaling multiple brands while maintaining creative integrity: Growing FemFounder and Marquet Media simultaneously meant constantly balancing expansion with the quality and authenticity that define both brands. It required disciplined systems and a deeply values-driven approach.

2. Balancing motherhood and entrepreneurship in a culture that glorifies hustle: The pressure to “do it all” without acknowledgment of what that costs was a real challenge. Learning to lead sustainably – and model that for other women – became part of my mission.

3. Rebuilding after burnout and rebranding for a new era of business: There came a point where I had to step back, reassess, and rebuild with greater intention. That process was humbling but ultimately transformative.

Current Challenges:

1. Streamlining operations across my media and consulting brands: Managing two distinct but complementary businesses requires constant refinement of processes, team structures, and priorities to ensure both thrive without sacrifice.

2. Expanding into AI-powered visibility tools without losing the human element: As I integrate emerging technology into my frameworks, the challenge is preserving the warmth, nuance, and human connection that have always been central to my work.

3. Managing visibility and growth while prioritizing peace, purpose, and sustainability: The more visible you become, the more demands arise. Protecting my energy and staying rooted in purpose while continuing to grow is an ongoing and intentional practice.

Why Did You Start Up? Be Specific With Your Reasons!!

I started FemFounder and my subsequent ventures to make entrepreneurship accessible, aspirational, and emotionally sustainable for women. Early in my career, I noticed how many women lacked access to resources, confidence, or media visibility – not because of talent, but because of systemic blind spots. My mission is to close that gap through strategy, storytelling, and education – empowering women to build brands that last and legacies that matter.

Where Do You Want to See Yourself in the Next 5 Years?

In five years, I see myself leading Marquet Media as a globally recognized strategic consultancy, teaching at the intersection of leadership psychology and communications, and hosting a cultural series that blends fame, influence, and the science of visibility. Most importantly, I want to continue building a legacy that allows me to do meaningful work while being present for my family.

Your business will only grow as fast as you do. Clarity, consistency, and emotional resilience are the real differentiators – not just strategy. Treat visibility as a practice, not a performance.
